Shane qualified number 4 with a 4.201 @164MPH and clocked a career best(4.193 @169.93MPH) in the finals to Stanton's 4.167 @163.69MPH. Heckel is sitting #5, despite missing the second race of the series, in the points standings in the series just 14 points behind fellow Texan Kenny Hubbard.
